Epileptic moms

Hey ladies. I’m 21 years old and 34 weeks pregnant.

I’ve had epilepsy since I was little due to a head injury from my ex-stepdad.

Prior to getting pregnant I made it 18 months seizure free!! About two months along my health started acting up again. Low blood pressure so a lot of fainting and my seizures are back. They were well controlled but now they are every month.

Yesterday morning I got rushed to our town hospital and I had 6 seizures all together so they rushed us to the city hospital

, today I’ve had two. They’re talking about maybe getting baby boy out early but would like to hold off.

I’m scared I’m going to hurt him. Im scared I’m failing as a wife and soon to be mother.

I guess I’m trying to find epileptic moms out there. I need some hope things will get better. I’ve gotten so depressed because things have seemed to go the opposite on how they would’ve.
