Implantation ovulation or periods

So last week starting Monday 16 September I found small amount of brown blood/ discharge in my pants. So I put a liner on and it was clean come the end of the day. When I wiped it was brown. It continued till Thursday which is when it stopped. Sometimes i has nothing when I wiped and sometimes the liner had some brown blood on it. But it didn’t feel like a period and it wasn’t the same colour as a period. I’ve never had this before in between my periods. and I’ve never had ovulation spotting either.

Also on the flo app it says I ovulated on the day it started and on the Wednesday it was my last fertile day. On glow it said I finished the fertile window few days before I noticed the blood or whatever it is/ was. I’m due to start today tomorrow or Monday.

I’m not on any birth control or nothing and I have had sex since my last period too. Past week or so I’ve been more tired and hungry then usual. And even though I work in a nursery I’ve had a block nose for past three weeks. Usually it goes after a week or so. I can’t tell any difference in my breasts as I have had them done beginning of the year. But my arolas (excuse spelling ) I think have changed colour I’m not to sure. Once or twice I’ve had a sharp pain in my stomach area but no massive cramps or period symptoms I usually get. I’ve been getting more moodier nd emotions changing but idk if that’s just working around children everyday.

Any idea what it could have been.?? I don’t want to do a test cuz fed up getting a BN. Could this be our time or was it just ovulation or something ?
