UTI and Some other concerns

Hey guys this is going to be kind of a long story but please just bare with me because I need your advice and opinions. So... last week on Saturday I had sex for the first time and yes I knew that I was supposed to pee right after but I thought it would be okay if I just went when I got home because he drove me home right after. But as soon as the next day came I started experiencing pain when I peed and not only that through the course of the next couple days I found it extremely hard to hold in my pee it’s like I couldn’t hold it at all TMI but I even peed on myself twice it’s that bad and I also have to pee very very frequently and when I go to the bathroom it still burns and when i stop peeing I start to get this weird pulsing I have no idea where exactly the pulsing is coming from but it’s somewhere around my bladder and my clit it’s so weird it kind of feels good but it’s more uncomfortable that anything and it doesn’t stop after I pee for at least 10 minutes or more and not only just that, after I go I still feel like my bladder is full and I have to pee but there’s nothing. So it feels like I’ve been holding it forever but there’s nothing. And one more thing ever since I had sex I’m getting this weird smell from my vagina i can’t describe it and I doubt you’d want me to but all I can say is there’s just so much going on down there and I just started my period so everything is worse. Please help me out and tell me what I should do. Im going to go to the emergency room on Sunday because I’m pretty sure it’s a uti but all these other symptoms I’m unsure of has anyone been through this?
