What does a seizure feel like?

Last night I had D&C surgery. I've never been put to sleep before or had an actual surgery. After woke up and got discharged I went home and tried to rest at home. I felt very weird then I stopped being able to hear and just heard ringing and started shaking really bad for about a minute. About 5 minutes later it happened again. I'm starting to feel really weird again and I dont know if i need to go in or if it's just post surgery normal stuff
