What could this be?

I just noticed this on my 3 year old's back as i was giving him a shower.
Does anyone know what could it be? Inwas reading and it looks like either ringworm or eczema.
I asked him if it hurts or itchs and he said no.!!! (Yes i do plan on calling Dr on monday) just want to see if anyone knows.

Do you happen to have dogs or cats that sleep in the bed? This looks similar to what I had as a kid I forgot the name but it was like ringworm but I got it on my back from sleeping in my bed with my dog (who was constantly dirty from outside and what not).
