Insensitive husband

Helena

I was so mad at my husband for saying I’m unreasonable earlier today. I’m probably more needy and emotional than usual and it’s because of my hormones and I’m not feeling great! In times like these I need his support more than ever and it’s really not a good time to tell me I need to control my emotions and think from his perspective. HE NEEDS TO FROM MY PERSPECTIVE!

So... I didn’t talked to him all day. I went out with friends and when I came back, I just locked myself in the bedroom. He tried asking me to open the door but I just ignored him. I think he wanted to make it up but I was just stubborn. (But he could’ve tried a second time!) I’m still kinda upset that he’d always try to justify his actions when he hurt my feelings, but I can tell he felt bad this time because he did the laundry, went grocery shopping, and made soup without me asking him to. (I usually have to ask him because he doesn’t take initiative, which also bothers me so much!)

Now I don’t know how to end this though. I don’t want to be the one to initiate the conversation but I’m also the one who ignore him when he tried. I don’t want this to last more than a day. What should I do?
