I can’t control it?!
I know there’s probably not a lot of therapist/doctors on this app looking for clients but I’m just kinda curious. Sometimes when I’m nervous or having an off day I feel like I have to work super hard to control my movements, like I’m gonna have a twitching fit if I’m not super careful. And my head feels super heavy and I can barely do the task at hand because I’m trying to stay still. Is this a tick or just a form of stress/anxiety. It stopped happening for a couple months but now it’s happening every day. I haven’t changed anything in my diet or every day routine. It gets in the way of helping customers because I’m moving a lot more slow. If anyone can help please let me know!!
