Weird period

I’m going to include a tmi pic. So my period or what are you thought might of been my period came a day early. No big deal not abnormal. Well the cramping was severe, I’m talking having to pull over while driving because it was hurting so bad I couldn’t concentrate. A day ago it ended with no bleeding at all it’s been over a day and no bleeding and all the sudden I’m laying in bed and I start cramping again pretty bad to the point I feel like vomiting and I felt something slipped out of my vagina.

Could this be a miscarriage?
