Double bbt readings and which to choose?

Hi all. I took my bbt reading this morning first thing when I woke up. It was 97.6 which is unusually high. However, when I looked at the clock it was 6:20! My normal temp time is 7am so I like to be within a half hour of that for all my readings. I know it wasn’t too far off the time, but still. I laid there not moving and just waiting until 6:48 when I took it again and it was 97.4 which is a little closer to what it’s normally been this cycle. So now my question is, do I use the one that was when I first woke or the one closer to my normal temp time?
