Marijuana while pregnant

First of all......I am asking this out of curiosity, and not with regards to myself. But I have a friend on Facebook that is pregnant ( like first trimester) and commented that she smokes weed. So, my question is.....do dr’s ok that? Or is she just doing it because she still wants to. We do live in OK where medicinal marijuana is legal, but I’m wondering if being pregnant changes that. I am not judging. I just honestly don’t know and I’m curious. So.....marijuana while pregnant, or no????
