Patience is at an all time low

Ive had two boys who are 5 years apart, my youngest turned 5 in march and here i am pregnant again...other than being sick constantly with both my boys everything else was normal and chill....this time! Not so much im noticing my patience is non-exsistant. Idk if its me or the people around me. My fiance gets on my nerves but doesnt mean to he likes to play and joke around but im not finding him very amusing these days AND HIS DAD...OMFG!!! Constantly has slick comments to say about me (never to my face tho) or posts some dumbass petty shit on fb (hides behind a privacy filter so i cant see what he said) I secretly day dream of tripping him down a flight of stairs (i dont have stairs in my house so dont worry) but still....anyone else going through this at all or am i just straight up crazy??
