Really sick and I don't know what to do please Help

So last night around midnight I woke up up to the worst sore throat, ear achs ever. Both ears were constantly hurting my throat felt like fire was running down the back of it and my nose constantly felt like this flu swabs was being shoved up in my nostrils. I need you help to know what over the counter cold medicine I can take?

This morning after taking my oldest to school I lost all bodily functions and ended up pooping on myself and didn't even know I needed to go. I cried for an hour straight. I'm currently 20 weeks pregnant. Please I need your help. I have called into the Dr but they said to just relax, well I'm 20 weeks pregnant with two tiger children who need my attention and care I can't just relax in bed.
