Early pregnancy symtpms, what is yours?

I’m nervous something isn’t right. I’m like 4 w 3 days pregnant and I have very minimal symptoms. My pregnancy test show light lines while the digital says “pregnant”. I’m nauseous (was more nauseous two days ago), frequent urination but nothing major. My last pregnancy I was exhausted (which I am) but I blame the lack of coffee, I was nauseous and I knew I was pregnant. I called my doc and have evaluation,.
