I’m so confused

I had my period aug 11-16 and I started my birth control pills again but then accidentally missed couple and I started bleeding again aug 27- sep 1 I had lots of pregnancy symptoms so I was 1 days late on my period and I got first response 6 days early test and I got my positive right away before the 3 mins mark. I have no idea what date to go by for how many week I am . Does anyone know? Can give me some answer? This is my #3 baby (btw I stopped my birth control the end of August when I started bleeding again. I don’t know if I’m 4 week or 7 week can anyone please help me .
