Spectra VS Haakaa
When feeding and using my Haakaa I can easily get 2 oz with each breast.. with my spectra pump I am lucky to get an oz combined breasts. Any idea how I can improve my pumping output? I am already using warm compress and changing from massage mode 70 to the lower levels after letdown but it seems to stop the milkflow shortly after switching. Thanks in advance!
