Growth scan questions

I will be 38 weeks tomorrow. Up until this point I have measured right on track. Today my doctor scheduled a growth scan for Friday because I am measuring ahead. I’m assuming if he measures large on the ultrasound or they find excess fluid I’m looking at an induction but I didn’t think to ask until I had left the office. Has anyone else had a growth scan around 38 weeks and what was the outcome?
