If your cervix opens, does that mean you’ve in fact ovulated?
So I’ve been questioning lately if I’m even ovulating and if that’s the culprit to why we haven’t conceived. But I was just thinking and I do have obvious ovulation signs, ewcm, open/soft cervix, one sided cramping. But I know having cm and cramps doesn’t necessarily mean you ovulated fully. But when it comes to the opening of the cervix, is there a hormone that causes the cervix to open, essentially confirming ovulation? Lol hope this makes any sense at all. Laying in bed, exhausted, wondering to myself. If anyone has answers though that’d be great lol
