TTC after multiple IUD’s

My husband and I have three children (13 & twin 12 year olds). I have never “tried” to get pregnant before it just happened unexpectedly both times. We were early 20’s and decided three children were enough. After three IUDs lasting 12 years we decided we would like more children. We’re finally in a good enough place financially and maturity wise to want more children. I’m really worried that after so many years of having an IUD and now being 36 years old I won’t be able to have more children. Has anyone else had an IUD for a long period of time and had children after?
