Very nervous for tomorrow’s appointment

So... I got my positive last Saturday (9/21) and confirmed with a blood test that had my hcg at 527. The doctor scheduled me for my first appointment 10/1 (tomorrow). I went off the pill a few months ago and have had irregular cycles since so I have no idea when I ovulated. Last period was July 13 but I didn’t get a positive until last Saturday for the first time despite taking tests before that. No pregnancy symptoms except sore boobs. So this past Friday (9/23) I went to the hospital because I had slight cramping and also some spotting. I panicked because I’ve never been pregnant before and wasn’t going to be able to see my doctor until tomorrow. I spent hours at the hospital. The did a transvaginal ultrasound which they told me came up abnormal due to no fetal pole and they estimated me at 5 weeks which doesn’t line up with my last missed period. My hcg level was 6,000. So in my head I thought that 6,000 up from 500 was good for 1 week later. The doctor told me I will more than likely miscarry due to my irregular ultrasound. I’m hoping it was just too early to see anything yet, that i ovulated very late/irregular, and that my appointment tomorrow will show a fetal pole on the ultrasound and doubled hcg levels from Friday. Any feedback or advice? I have been nonstop stressing since Friday.
