Pumping at work question

I am going back to work this week. I EBF and have pumped some but not a ton during the day. This weekend we were in the car and I had to pump and give a bottle at our stops. I was pumping 8-10 oz every three hours. I know she is probably getting close to her during her feedings but do I send all of that for one feeding or would you break it down? She seems pretty happy with 4-5 ounces. And she is gaining a ton of weight.
