Masturbating without consent?

So this guy/friend I am talking to confessed to me that he thinks about me when he masturbates. I said whatever, I think that’s normal because he’s human and attracted to me. (We have NEVER had any kind of sexual interaction, even kissing)

However, recently we were on FaceTime and both in bed but his camera was angled in a way where I’d only see his chest and up. I was in bed fully clothed and completely covered in my comforter starting to doze off. I noticed he got a little quiet and he just kept staring at me. I asked why he was looking at me and he just started flirting and complimenting me. I noticed a shadow on his pillow/wall or something moving up and down. Maybe an arm. But I was thinking maybe he’s just holding his phone because it was just in his hand a couple minutes ago. I felt sorta awkward and uncomfortable because I was being silent trying to figure out what was going on and said I’d hang up to sleep but he told me to stay on the phone a little longer because he likes being on the phone with me... I don’t want to assume anything but usually my gut is right. I asked what he’s doing, he said “I’m just chilling.”

Should I call him out on it or ghost him???
