Zero sperm...

We just found out today from my husbands seman analysis that they only found 1 sperm in his sample. Has anyone ever went through this? Does anyone know what the next step that we would take would be? And can we ever even get pregnant? Any success stories? We are so heartbroken and don’t know what to do or where to turn. Any advice would help. Thanks.
