3 month old nap schedule

How are your little ones napping? My little guy is 3 months today and is a terrible napper. His naps are about 30 mins and every 1 1/2-2 hours apart. He doesn’t like a paci and will sometimes fall asleep on my boob, but wakes up if I transfer him to a swing. If I’m lucky he will maybe give me one nap longer than an hour. Should I try more naps in his crib? I don’t know what to do. What works for you? What are your tricks? He does great at bedtime, it’s just the naps. He also has a 3 1/2 year old brother, so the option of him just napping on me isn’t an option. He’s also not fussy, he just has short naps.
