Spotting after BM?

I’m feeling a little constipated, and twice now I’ve spotted after pooping? I don’t feel like I’m straining that much? Normal?

I wouldn’t comment on it being normal or not as I really don’t know. But all I know is it doesn’t happen to me. If you’re feeling constipated though I’d suggest taking something pregnancy safe to help with the constipation & of course if you’re worried contact your health professionals.

I found myself to be spotting a brownish tint after every bm because I was so constipated. I was also spotting randomly up until 7weeks. My OBGYN said that is completely normal. She also suggested taking colace for the constipation. Hope this helps!
