Preterm labor?

So yesterday I was in labor and delivery with cramping got diagnosed with BV and got a cream and went home. 
This morning I woke up with what felt like a stomach ache. It’s been going off and on all day and I’ve thrown up everything I’ve eaten. 
Yesterday they checked my cervix and I was 1 cm dialated and 50% effaced. Does this sound like I could be going into labor or the stomach bug?

Are you throwing up EVERYTHING, food AND drinks? If so, I’d say bug. I only threw up once or twice during labor and it wasn’t like having a stomach bug, it was just a little vomit. If you can’t keep ANYTHING down, I’d say bug.

I just got out of the hospital tonight due to preterm labor symptoms. I am 1cm dialated and I was having contractions that were four minutes apart. I went in due to extreme pelvic pain. I was almost completely unable to walk and was having an incredibly hard time holding myself up to the point where I almost fell over. The pain in my pelvic are was so strong I couldn’t even feel how bad my contractions were. I’d say if you feel anything like this just go straight to L&D. They slowed my contractions since I’m only 34 weeks doing they eventually stopped. But they were unable to do anything for my pain. I would contact your OB though and let them know all the symptoms you are having. They may have you go to the hospital anyways. Better safe than sorry! I hope you get to feeling better!!

Probably stomach bug. A lot of moms will start to dilate to 1-2cm and walk around for weeks like that. The infection probably caused your contractions but will stop once it’s cleared up.
