Breast Pump Recommendations

I'm going to be a first time mom in April. I plan to breast feed for possibly a year unless the baby starts weaning itself before then. I will likely go back to work full time very soon after the baby is born. I plan to pump as much as possible so the baby will have a steady supply of breastmilk while I'm at work. I don't want to use formula unless there is no other choice.

What are the best pumps and do they come with storage/freezer bags, etc?

Are the machines convenient to take to work so I can pump throughout the day as well?
