Kinda new on nexplanon started on June 27 had a regular period until sept and skip all of sept and had sex around the last following days of September and today I had really bad cramps so I went to the bathroom and saw this?? Brownish pinkish type blood. Could that be implantation bleeding or is my period about to start?
