Was this wrong for him to say? Advice please

to start this off, I constantly force myself into having sex with my bf. He basically whines and whines and whines until he get what he wants. When sex is like that, it ends up being so painful for me. So for the past month I have just been trying to not force myself into having sex with him anymore. The pain is uncomfortable for me but I have always put up with it, for a year now.

For the past month I have had no drive to have sex at all. My bf and I had sex about two weeks ago and that was the last time. Since we don’t live together it also makes it hard.

Today he told me that because We haven’t had sex in a while he’s been looking at other girls a lot. I asked if that meant he wants to cheat with them, he said “i mean you’re not giving me what I want”

Is it my fault that he feels this way?

I just don’t want sex to be painful for me anymore.
