Am I the only one??

I am not in to masturbation. My boyfriend does not understand how I can not like to touch myself. We have been together since I was 14. Here is what he says to me “And it’s hard to when you used to love the things like that that I liked to then just out of no where not into it all at once it’s fine I’m done tryin maybe you can find something or someone else to give you pleasure from now on because nothin I try works so I’m done” and when I reply with Idk why I just stoped liking stuff like that he says “You do know there’s no way you can’t know” I guess I’ve matured and I do not like the thought of masturbation. Am I the only one that gets no pleasure from it. It’s not because I don’t know my body because I use to do it, but it’s like just the thoughts of it turn me off so much.
