Is he playing me?

I hooked up with this guy about 2 months ago. He texted me the next day and we were in contact for a bit after. We both said we didn’t want a relationship but when we were together it was like sparks flew.(for me at least) but he seemed like he enjoyed my company. When we met he was off for vacation for about 2 weeks and I met him in his last week of vacation on tinder.(yeah I know i deleted my tinder)He’s a hard working man with his own business and has a kid so I understand why he’s busy I have a kid as well. Well I messaged him and no response. About a month later when I was drunk I messaged him on Snapchat and he messaged back a day later. Then I replied back and he messaged back 3 days later. Maybe because he doesn’t go on there often. But is he just playing games? I don’t want a relationship I just want some constant dick without sleeping around lol. I just don’t want to wait around. No judgement please.
