Does you baby go to sleep on their own, or rocked to sleep?

After feed, sleeps in arms (so I think) put her down to sleep, then wakes up 😩 she's starting to eat little and more often now, used to sleep good 3-5 hours x

Mine sleeps on the boob 😅 i dont have to rock her as long as shes nursing lol. Most of the time, its a smooth transition from boob to bed but occasionally i have to put her back on the boob for a little longer to get to really sleep. 
During the day, she sleeps in her swing pretty easily after eating

Okay so, the best thing I have figured out is to put on the old Kenny Loggins record "Return to Pooh Corner" it's really relaxing and helps my little girl stay asleep. That and a pacifier while rocking, even if she spits it it once she's fully asleep.

Mine is a mix. We rock her until she gets drowsy then we put her down so she can fall alseep o  her own. This only works at night though, not for naps.
