Trying to stay active but experiencing Extra sore muscles
I have been working out for about 6 months 4/5 days a week lifting weights/cardio and crossfit. I am 6 weeks and this last week every time I lift weight I am SO SORE like i have never exercised before. Especially my abs! Anyone else experiencing this?
