Confused :/ please read!

So I had sex with my boyfriend over the summer. Month of June I believe and I started to notice that I was having a yellow kind of sticky discharge and it kind of smells from time to time. It has been going on for a bout a month or 2 now. I went to my gyno and was tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea idk if they did other tests but they called back and said lab work was normal. So I don’t know why it’s happening. If it’s my PH balance or what but I’m trying to get rid of it. And my boyfriends an I are both clean.
