Help should i go to the doctor

I had took a plan b for obvious reasons on my off week of my cycle of birth control. on the 18th of September i was supposed to start my period the 20th of September but because of the plan b i didn’t start until 26th or September and i stopped the 29th and now I’m still lightly lightly bleeding should i be concerned. It’s not a lot like a normal period but it’s not really spotting either. Should i go see a doctor or just wait it out? I’m supposed to start my next period the 18th of October. I read that the plan b can mess up your period for about 3 months.

Edit- also i am on the birth control Patch.

Edit- i had learned previously i didn’t not have to take the plan b because i am still covered on my week off is what i was told.
