So I’ve been on birth control for two weeks now but I’ve been feeling off since I’ve started it so I took a test just to ease my mind and bam is it possible that the birth control can give off false positives

Birth control will not give you a positive pregnancy test. I see it too, I would stop taking the birth control until you can confirm whether you're pregnant or not, the hormones can mess with your pregnancy.
