Nope. Pregnancy is only a concern if wet (relatively fresh sperm-containing semen) is in the vulva/vagina. Precum, while it miggt/does contain sperm, can cause pregnancy but in a lower scale. 
Moisture in clothing, like underwear, will not cause pregnancy. Sperm cannot get through clothing, and it needs semen in order to travel anywhere. 
If both parties are wearing underwear, they’re in the clear.
That’s how I understand the situation. I went through something similar a few months ago and never technically asked because I was afraid of getting yelled at for my ignorance 🙄

No. This article is false. By the time sperm hits oxygen they die. It’s highly impossible to get pregnant from cum being rubbed on your underwear.
