Do you ever feel like your husband is your roommate?

Kind of in a rut, and wondering if others experience this feeling. I love my husband, but sometimes going with the motions of everyday life can make it feel like we are roommates and nothing more.

We went through a point like that, I just dealt with it for awhile then hoped it could change but it didn’t. The only thing that got us out of that rut was communicating what was going on

I hope we never get to that point but we've had our days where it feels like our schedules are just completely opposite but our main goal is to always spend as much time together as possible and talk even if it's just right before we both fall asleep or in the morning while getting ready/trying to wake up. I've never gotten the "roommate" feeling though because I know that at the end of it all the love is there.
