Miralax?

I have had a bowel movement since Sunday morning. I’m really hurting. I tried to go this morning and couldn’t get anything out and it was SO painful. Is it safe to take miralax while pregnant? I tried calling my doctor but the nurses haven’t gotten back to me yet

Update: I tried miralax and 24 hours later..NOTHING. This is so frustrating 😩

Magnesium is also a natural stool softener and something diets are frequently deficient in. I take magnesium citrate everyday (midwife approved) and I feel like it helps a lot
