Iud!?

Hey guys! So I'm scheduled to have my first ever IUD inserted tomorrow. I previously had an appointment but cancelled after I had panicked over the insertion. This is my first ever experience with birth control and I'm scared of what to expect. I've taken the morning after pill twice and although the side effects were awful they were manageable after a few days. Is an iud feeling anything like morning after pill? What can I expect? Help!
