Brother wedding issue

My brother met a girl online in February. She lives half way across the US and has 2 kids. They only see each other once a month for a few days and he has only met her kids a few times. They both got divorced very recently (her not even a year ago). Well they got engaged last month and are planning a destination wedding for February. When they were discussing wedding dates with the family I told them that myself and my family of 6 would not be able to attend a wedding in February due to school, money, and weather. My brother and I have a good relationship and he said he couldn’t imagine us not being at his wedding. Well we just got a text for save the date and the date is February 1st 🤦‍♀️. I think they are rushing but they don’t think so 🙄. But my question is do I say something to my brother that I am disappointed he would plan to have it when he knew I wouldn’t be able to go, or just tell him we will not be attending?
