Food for 8m baby??

First time mom and I’m just all over the place with what I can and can not give to my 8m almost 9m babygirl. Ladies help! LOLOLOL. Name all the things you can please. I just simply don’t know what I can and can not give my child.

My 8M has been eating purées since 4M. He doesn’t have any teeth just yet. Check out Earths best organic baby food and start introducing one at a time. Then have them gradually taste other baby good that has a mixture of veggies and fruits! Good luck Mama!

I started giving scrambled eggs and refried beans, pieces of bread, gram crackers to my baby at that age. He grew out of baby food pretty fast like my first did. He's 11 months now with 2 teeth and eat pretty much anything we are eating.

You can introduce them one food at a time, instead of throwing multiple things in each food group to them. For example, rice. Give her that for a bit. Then introduce her to another food group, like veggies. Since you already introduced her to rice, she can have it with her veggies.
