Sex and Pain

Hello, so my boyfriend and I been together for a year and half and we always have unprotected sex. I’m also on the pill. Nothing ever happened when we have sex. But one night we were having rough sex so on the inside of my vagina started to hurt after. I thought the pain would go away and plus it wasn’t that bad of pain, it was just uncomfortable. But the next day we were in the mood and when we tried to position ourselves, my vagina started to hurt so we stopped and the whole day it was in pain and I couldn’t even sit. I went to the bathroom and it sting when I pee. Does anybody knows what’s going on? Because I’m freaking out... or is it just all in my head?
