thoughts?

So me and my boyfriend have been talking about getting married lately, he brought it up one day and asked me what I would say if he asked, of course at the time I was ecstatic, but I’ve been thinking about it lately, and this would be my second marriage, I was with my ex for 2 years and he was extremely abusive and controlling, well after he left me, about 6 months later I met the guy I’m with now, we talked for about 8 months before we got together and now we’ve been officially together for a little over a year, I’m just worried what everyone will say about it because it hasn’t been very long since I got divorced? (I didn’t actually get divorced until me and my boyfriend now had been together for a few months because I just didn’t have the money) and I realized I would be getting married twice before anyone around me had been married once.
