Bleeding at 5 weeks 5 days

I’ve been having on and off bleeding for several hours 🙁🥺😭 I had a positive digital a week and five days ago and many positives after that they were just the Walmart cheapies though and I bled today. I went into the OB and they tested me and said it was negative hpt but when I went home to take a first response & cheapie it was still a positive? They didn’t even offer to check me because it was pointless to them if they didn’t think I was pregnant.. I’m so confused and sad
