What to do!??

So my doctor recently prescribed provera to induce a period and metformin. She said once I start my period to come back in and I would have an ultrasound to check for cysts and would prescribe clomid on cycle day 3. Well I started my period today and called but they had already closed for the day (at noon). So now I don't know what to do...has anyone else been in this Situation? I couldn't wait for my period then this happened! I just hope I haven't missed my chance this month 😩
