If you spot 2 days before expected period is it implantion bleeding?

I'm like 12 dpo, I spotted this morning it's gone. I've been having headaches constantly, heartburn, and my boobs were aching sooooooo bad earlier at work

It can be, but it can just be luteal phase spotting. While ttc, I had some cycles where I spotted a day or 2 before my period came, but it always came. The month I actually got my bfp, I had no spotting at all. 🤷‍♀️
