Man child 🙄

Currently 39w pregnant and sat downstairs listening to my OH make as much drama/noise as he possibly can out of the fact I’ve asked him to clean upstairs whilst I do downstairs.

We both work full time but yet the house work has always ended up my responsibility somehow, the only thing I’ll admit he has picked up on a lot more whilst I’m pregnant is loading/unloading the dishwasher (however I’m the one that cooks every night - if I didn’t cook we wouldn’t eat he just wouldn’t bother).

I have SPD so find chores SOO difficult at the minute, he sat on the sofa whilst I did all of downstairs, hoovered, dusted, gutted and cleaned the kitchen etc. I left him all the cleaning supplies for upstairs on the stairs to take up with him and asked him what time his football would be finished on the TV. Safe to say he jumped up With attitude slammed the door and is now noisily cleaning to make a point that he’s annoyed (at least it’s getting done I guess 😩).

Does anyone else feel like they have a man child when it comes to upkeep of the house? We’ve both had to work this morning, me on my laptop from home him out to site in the van but he’s constantly bragging about little he actually has to do at work so I don’t see why he shouldn’t be a little more involved with the house work. He reckons he’s going to do it all once baby is here but why not now when I’m physically struggling 🤬
