Saturday fussy day

I have a very easy baby generally, anyone can hold him, he laughs at anything and anyone except...on Saturday. Every Saturday he eats like there is no tomorrow, cries until he is being held and refuses to sleep unless held. This makes it difficult for people to visit. It is not because we do more on Saturday as plenty of people visit other days as well and I try to go out with him during the week as much as possible. Saturday is a fussy day regardless of leaps. He is 9 weeks, 3 days today and already fully went through leap 2 so that is not it. I am worried for when I will start working again and only will have Saturday and Sunday to really spend time with him. Anyone has the same thing? What could it be?
