No. Recommendations for meats have changed recently. As in, even pork and chicken do not have to be cooked to 165 degrees to be considered safe. Eating a medium done hamburger is nothing different than eating a medium done steak and actually I prefer them this way. They aren’t dried out and tend to be juicier.
