Bleeding & cramps

On Friday I went to the hospital cause I had really bad cramps, could barely walk & it was sore to sit. They assumed an ectopic but then the scan showed fluid/swelling in my tube but also something maybe small in my uterus (I’m 5w1D) so they weren’t sure & made me stay in overnight. My HCG was 550 which is good..then last night I came home still sore & was told to go back for HCG bloods this afternoon. I’ve woken up this morning & my cramps are a lot better except now I’m bleeding. I’m going to go back to the hospital but I’m stressing out, has anyone had this? I’m confused about my body, I have worst sore breasts & feel pregnant but I’m sore & bleeding. I guess I’m just wanting to know if I’m not the only one & what happened with you guys. I’m pretty sure I’ve probably lost the baby /: But would my breast still hurt?
